As the Contracts Assistant, you will work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Job Title: Contracts Assistant
Location: Bethersden, Kent
Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm
Annual leave: 21 days + 8 Bank holidays

The role:
In this primarily office-based role, you will also have the opportunity to carry out site visits and surveys, assist with deliveries, and provide exceptional service to the companies valued clients. Attention to detail is key, and a good memory will be beneficial. Don't worry if you lack experience in specific areas - training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary knowledge of health and safety regulations, preparation of method statements, and on-site safety. Any previously obtained IOSH or CSCS qualifications will aid your application although not essential.

Experience working within an Administrative role within an office is essential
Experience of Contracts/Pricing/the Construction sector would be a huge advantage
Strong vocabulary skills and confidence in communicating with clients and suppliers.
Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and general Windows programmes.
